The above two images were shared with EARS by the NCRC on August 28th and show how the files are stored at the temporary archive.
EARS was able to witness the transfer of 17 753 adoption files from KSS to the temporary facility on Septemer 10, 2025.
On Septemer 15 and 16, 2025, EARS was able to watch the transfer of 93 327 adoption files from Holt to the temporary facility. This was the second part of the Holt transfer (during the first transfer on September 2, a total of 14 622 files were transfered). It being the last transfer day, EARS protested the denial of external monitoring by the NCRC and the adoption agencies.
